  • Bartending

    Chill by the music, meet some fine patrons, and class up your mixology with a 3 hour session bartending at our bar. If you’ve got some cocktails of your own, let us know and we can add it to the menu.

    Drink menu is premade so don’t worry about learning on the fly.

    Join our setup team in building out our festival. We’ve got lighting to rig, sound stages to build, and worlds to create. Let your vision play a role in the world we create together.

  • Community Meal

    Our event together is about sharing a mutual experience and giving back to one another. If you find yourself looking to flex your culinary muscle, reach on out and we can bring a meal to remember for the community.

    Perks: Free Tickets for chefs.

    Availability: Only one meal is served per event. You and your sous-chef will run the meal.

  • Check In

    Please help us ensure everyone has a wonderful experience by coordinating our check-in. This will include checking tickets, applying wristbands, and giving attendees the lay of the land.

    Perks: $50 off ticket price for half shift. Full ticket for full shift.

  • Media

    We are always looking for folks interested in capturing the event through photos or videos. Let us know if this is something you are interested in. Your work will be used directly in future marketing and outreach from the Need a Minute group with proper attributions.
